Infosys is a global leader in next-generation digital services and consulting. The Manager of Client Services is responsible for managing client relationships, developing business opportunities, and ensuring delivery assurance within the assigned account scope.
Responsibilities:
- Manage client relationships, build a portfolio up to $30-40M, own the opportunity management cycle: Prospect-Evaluate-Propose-Close
- Collaborate with all delivery stakeholders involved to ensure fulfilment of all commitments to the client
- Create the account plan including relationships required, opportunities to be pursued, price decisions, etc
