Endpoint Security Engineer (MDE + Intune)

Net2Source is seeking a hands-on Endpoint Security Engineer with deep expertise in Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and Intune. The ideal candidate will lead the end-to-end implementation of endpoint security solutions, manage device management environments, and perform threat detection and incident response.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Defender for Endpoint (MDE) (deployment, configuration, tuning, alert investigation, and response)
• Design and manage endpoint security architecture across enterprise environments
• Perform threat detection, analysis, and incident response
• Manage Intune environments, including: Device enrollment and provisioning, Compliance policies and configuration profiles, Application deployment and lifecycle management, Integration with Conditional Access
• Independently manage: Tasks, timelines, and milestones
• Daily status reporting and tracking
• Produce: High-quality, accurate project documentation
• Well-structured deliverables with minimal revisions

Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint (MDE)
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune
• Deep understanding of endpoint architecture
• Deep understanding of device management
• Deep understanding of threat detection and response
• Proven experience implementing and managing endpoint security tools
• Demonstrated experience in leading implementations (not just support/exposure)
• Demonstrated experience in designing, deploying, and migrating endpoint solutions
• Ability to work independently within a workstream
• Ability to manage deliverables end-to-end with minimal supervision
• Strong executive-level communication (written & verbal)
• Ability to create client-ready presentations
• Ability to create status reports and stakeholder updates
• Experience interacting with senior stakeholders
• Independently manage tasks, timelines, and milestones
