Curana Health is hiring strong AI Software Engineers who are passionate about building intelligent AI solutions that transform healthcare delivery. In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy AI solutions while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Responsibilities:
- Work with a team of developers to design, develop, and deploy intelligent AI solutions
- Continuously monitor and optimize AI models for accuracy, scalability, and compliance with regulatory standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into robust technical solutions
- Ensure strict adherence to HIPAA and healthcare data security requirements in all development activities
Requirements:
- Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
- Bring 3+ years of software engineering experience, ideally in healthcare or other regulated industries
- Are highly proficient in Python and have strong data engineering skills
- Have hands-on experience with LLMs and modern AI frameworks
- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, paired with clear communication skills for collaborating with non-technical stakeholders
