Responsibilities:

- The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sales strategy, business development, and client relationship management
- You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing strategic partnerships
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to promote and its suite of features to target markets (Associations and non profits)
- Drive revenue growth by generating new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts around Analytics within Association space, BI tools and Data platform
- Prepare and conduct solution demonstrations, presentations, and webinars to showcase capabilities
- Convert leads into closed deals, achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Take personal responsibility for finding new clients through networking, lead follow-up, cold calling, etc
- Thoroughly understand the Analytics line of segment within your designated clients and navigate the organization effectively to identify opportunities to extend the Salesforce solution and help organizations solve critical problems in Analytics business of the organization
- Strategic account planning
- Develop plans and resource requirements to drive our existing clients to upsell and add new solutions
- Analyze and measure account plans for customer and company success
- Manage sales cycle for new clients by decision-making and approval processes, compressing timelines, negotiating contracts, and closing business deals
- Work closely with the cross teams to align sales strategies and improve offerings based on client feedback
- Provide input into build new solutions based on client requests and market trends
Requirements:
- Proven experience (10+ years) in sales and business development
- Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to understand complex client needs and offer tailored solutions
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
