Salesforce DevOps Engineer

Dexian is a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions, formed in 2023 through the merger of DISYS and Signature Consultants. They are seeking a Salesforce DevOps Engineer to manage Salesforce configurations and code through the pipeline using Copado, focusing on maintaining pipeline integrity and supporting Agile processes.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Salesforce deployments using Copado as the primary pipeline management tool
• Move configurations and code across environments in a controlled DevOps pipeline
• Review and validate Jira stories to ensure developers have submitted correct components
• Create and manage deployment stories in Copado
• Ensure proper DevOps processes, checks, and balances are followed before promoting changes
• Collaborate with development and analyst teams to maintain pipeline integrity
• Perform Salesforce configuration and navigation tasks as needed
• Support Agile processes including sprint planning and quarterly planning sessions

Requirements:

• Strong background in Salesforce (SFDC)
• Experience with Salesforce configuration and environment management
• Understanding of DevOps concepts including CI/CD pipeline management
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira and DevOps workflows
• Ability to analyze and interpret Jira stories and deployment requirements
• Willingness to learn new tools (including Copado) and adapt to processes
• Strong attention to detail and process-oriented mindset
• Salesforce Certification (nice to have, not mandatory)
• Experience with Copado or similar DevOps tools
• Previous experience in Agile environments
• Background in Salesforce configuration analysis or related roles
