They are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead Okta migration projects, focusing on platform modernization and cross-functional collaboration to drive organizational transformation.
Responsibilities:
- Lead large-scale technical programs focused on platform modernization, security, and product enablement to drive organizational transformation
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of Okta migration projects, including planning, execution, dependency management, risk mitigation, and delivery
- Drive alignment and collaboration across engineering, infrastructure, security, and business teams to ensure seamless execution and minimal disruption
- Track program progress using metrics, dashboards, and executive-level reporting to communicate status and impact
- Identify and mitigate technical, operational, and security risks associated with identity platform transitions
- Implement operational process improvements by standardizing workflows, metrics, and execution models for continuous improvement
- Build and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enable scalable, repeatable technology operations
- Create clarity and drive decision-making using data-driven insights and structured narratives for executive stakeholders
Requirements:
- 8 - 12 years of experience, including at least 4 years of technical program management leading complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Advanced proficiency in Okta architecture and configuration
- Hands-on experience with Okta migration in enterprise environments
- Strong understanding of identity management concepts and platforms
- Expertise in AWS and modern cloud architectures
- Experience with microservices and containerization technologies
- Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines and automation tools
- Knowledge of enterprise security controls and risk management frameworks
- Experience managing third-party SaaS integrations
- Technical program management in security and infrastructure domains
- Ability to use metrics and dashboards for program tracking and reporting
- Experience driving enterprise-wide security or identity transformations
- Background in platform or infrastructure modernization programs
- Exposure to metrics-driven delivery models and operational excellence frameworks
- Familiarity with advanced cloud security practices
- Experience with large-scale process standardization initiatives
