iQor is seeking motivated and customer-focused Remote Customer Service Representatives to support a leading health insurance provider. In this role, you will assist members with inquiries related to benefits, claims, billing, and general account support in a high-volume call center environment.
Responsibilities:
- Handle continuous inbound calls and resolve customer issues
- Navigate multiple systems while speaking with customers
- Accurately document interactions
- Follow scripts, policies, and compliance guidelines
- Provide empathetic, professional customer support
- Identify opportunities for additional products/services when appropriate
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year call center customer service experience required
- Ability to manage high call volumes and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong multitasking skills with the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
- Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
- Customer service mindset with a focus on empathy, responsiveness, and attention to detail
- High speed internet (25 Mbps+ download/ 10Mbps+ upload)
- Wired connection to a modem (wi-fi only is not sufficient)
- Reliable internet provider (satellite or mobile providers are not supported)
- Quiet, secure, and distraction free work space for customer interactions
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and data security
- Camera-on participation during training
- Willingness to complete periodic home workspace/security checks
- Ability to stay focused and professional in a home environment
- Reliable setup that supports a full shift without interruptions
- Health insurance experience is a plus
