The Portfolio Sales Enablement Professional will be responsible for developing sales enablement programs, supporting portfolio management, and improving sales of cloud offerings in the digital building market.
Responsibilities:
- Develop sales enablement programs and implement them across various assets and media; develop messaging and drive content through the organization
- Be the sales/partner-facing voice of the Building X portfolio with emphasis on development and articulation of customer/seller facing value-propositions and use cases
- Support portfolio management with a deep understanding of our offerings and the ability to position it to meet product market demand; be competitive in the marketplace and represent the voice of the customer
- Prepare various sales enablement assets, product packages, craft the portfolio message, develop use cases in the digital building area, refocus and position offer packages in the market and benchmarks it to other offerings to support meeting aggressive growth and profit margin targets
- Lead and support the development, enablement, and rollout of AI‑driven sales capabilities that improve seller effectiveness across account planning, customer engagement, value positioning, and revenue growth
- Support operational Portfolio Sales Enablement Topics, such as processes, pricing or tooling related topics
- Drive operational topics (e.g. drive progress gap fixes, tool readiness / data loading etc.)
- Roll-out product and sales training with detailed descriptions and ensure portfolio is ready to sell
- Commercialization and activation of the Building X portfolio in the US across various channels
- Support and operationalize a partner enablement program — including new-partner onboarding, RACI frameworks, and training for sales and partners
- Contribute to the overall development of the Siemens Xcelerator Ecosystem
- You will report to Head of Software, Portfolio and Sales Enablement US and closely interact with the product portfolio team (US and global) and the digital sales teams and partner ecosystem. The person also coordinates with the marketing and communication counterparts
