
Job Purpose or Objective(s): Lead enterprise-wide growth and operational excellence by executing strategic planning, transformation, and continuous improvement initiatives. You will partner with leaders to align projects with organizational goals, leveraging data, analytics, and market insights to drive performance, reduce risk, and enhance long-term success. You will report to the Director of Strategy & Continuous Improvement.

Primary Tasks:
Lead and oversee a complex portfolio of enterprise-wide strategic and improvement initiatives, ensuring alignment with long-term organizational objectives and delivering measurable outcomes.
Facilitate strategic planning sessions with executive leadership; develop and execute data-driven roadmaps using forecasting, modeling, and market intelligence to drive growth and mitigate risk.
Direct enterprise-level continuous improvement efforts by applying Lean, automation, and analytics to eliminate inefficiencies, reduce costs, and optimize performance using benchmarking and KPIs.
Manage cross-functional strategic and operational projects using structured project management methodologies; define scope, allocate resources, and implement contingency plans to ensure timely and on-budget delivery.
Chair and influence governance bodies and strategic committees to foster accountability, accelerate execution, and maintain alignment across departments and senior sponsors.
Lead competitive, industry, and market research to uncover trends and strategic opportunities; translate findings into high-impact business strategies and long-term positioning plans.
Apply advanced analytics and financial modeling—including predictive and scenario analysis—to assess performance, identify opportunities, and enhance strategic decision-making.
Design and manage executive dashboards, scorecards, and reporting tools that offer real-time performance insights and support continuous execution against strategic goals.
Provide mentorship and strategic guidance to Enterprise Strategists; act as a senior advisor and escalation point for complex or high-risk issues impacting initiatives or alignment.
