New York Technology Partners is partnered with a digital consultancy seeking an Associate AI/ML Engineer to support a leading healthcare organization. The role involves supporting the adoption of AI/ML tools, assisting in the development of AI-powered software solutions, and collaborating with engineering teams on scalable healthcare solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Support the adoption of AI/ML tools and technologies across the team, contributing to projects that utilize Generative AI and traditional machine learning techniques
- Assist in the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of AI-powered software solutions that address customer and business needs
- Contribute to building responsible AI solutions that support the provider community while following ethical, security, and regulatory guidelines
- Help develop and enhance features that leverage AI/ML, such as Generative AI models, predictive analytics, and workflow automation
- Participate in the development and improvement of AI-driven applications, including chatbots and conversational AI tools
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and engineering team members to support scalable solutions for healthcare-related challenges
- Follow established engineering practices and contribute to projects aligned with the organization’s AI and technology strategy
- Write clean, maintainable code and support the delivery of high-quality software solutions
- Continuously learn and develop skills in AI/ML technologies, frameworks, and responsible AI practices
- Work closely with engineering teams to support AI integration into cloud platforms and digital initiatives
- Assist with project tasks, prioritization, and documentation while gaining experience in AI/ML development and implementation
Requirements:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience building AI/ML solutions, including LLMs, Generative AI, and traditional ML models
- Experience with Chatbots, conversational AI, and NLP-based solutions
- Experience with Python, LLMs, NLPs, RAF
