Hencove is a creative marketing agency specializing in the healthcare, finance, and technology sectors. They are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead client relationships and drive marketing strategy across a portfolio of accounts, ensuring alignment and high-impact work among teams.
Responsibilities:
- Own and manage multiple client relationships with consistent, proactive communication
- Develop and present marketing strategies, campaign plans, and project scopes directly to clients
- Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and propose solutions that go beyond the ask
- Act as a brand steward, understanding each client's history, goals, and voice deeply
- Develop and implement integrated campaigns across email, social, content, paid, and more
- Oversee content marketing including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, landing pages, and LinkedIn
- Ensure all deliverables meet the highest quality bar and reflect strategic intent
- Manage budgets, project scopes, timelines, and billing with full client visibility and accountability
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across creative, development, and specialist teams
Requirements:
- 4–8 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in healthcare, finance, or tech
- Proven ability to independently manage multiple relationships simultaneously, with experience engaging and communicating directly with C-suite leaders
- Strong strategic instincts and the ability to identify a client's business challenges and propose solutions, not just fulfill a brief
- Confident, polished communicator in multiple client-facing settings and formats
- Experience developing and implementing campaigns across email, social, PR, web, content, paid, and more
- Comfortable owning project plans, budgets, and scopes, and having direct conversations with clients and colleagues about all three
- Thrives in a fast-paced, multi-client agency environment with competing priorities
