Required Skills & Experience - 4+ years of Systems Engineering or Technology Architecture experience (or equivalent through work, training, military, or education)
- 3-5 years of VMware experience
- Strong knowledge of VMware fundamentals and related technologies
- Experience supporting Dell PowerFlex
- Experience troubleshooting and supporting physical server hardware
- Ability to lead break?fix, restoration, and root?cause analysis efforts
Desired Skills & Experience - 3-5 years of Dell and HP server hardware support
- VMware Certified Professional (VCP)
- Nutanix AHV/AOS support experience
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Exceptional analytical and technical aptitude
What You Will Be Doing Tech Breakdown - 60% VMware (vRealize, vRA, vROPs)
- 20% Physical Server Hardware (Dell, HP)
- 10% Storage (SAN/NAS, PowerFlex)
- 10% OS Support (Windows, Linux, VDI)
Daily Responsibilities - 70% Hands?On Engineering (troubleshooting, system support, infrastructure maintenance)
- 20% Incident & Problem Management (break?fix, RCA, chronic issue resolution)
- 10% Collaboration with Engineering, Business, Vendors, and Monitoring Teams
