
The Supervisor is accountable for daily execution across assigned work areas. This role leads hourly teams through department leadership, coordinating staffing and workflow across lines/areas to deliver safe, high-quality, and on-time performance. The Supervisor maintains an active floor presence, resolves operational issues, and ensures effective administrative oversight. Responsibilities include training employees on processes and procedures, maintaining accurate and timely records, documenting employee activities, completing performance reviews, and developing and coaching direct reports to meet company expectations.
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or relevant work experience preferred.
2–3 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferred.
Demonstrated leadership ability, including providing constructive feedback and managing individual and team performance.
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Proficiency with computers and operational systems required.
Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 30 pounds.
Comfortable working in a production or warehouse environment with exposure to dust, food allergens, varying temperatures (including cold storage), loud noise levels, and occasional fumes or chemicals.
Flexibility to adapt to changing job assignments, schedules, and departmental needs; weekends and overtime may be required.
Ability to work in a safety-sensitive role, including compliance with pre-employment and ongoing drug testing.
