About this role
Bayforce is seeking a Finance Project Manager to lead critical initiatives within a large-scale ERP financial transformation. This role involves managing strategic transformation initiatives and ensuring successful execution from planning through delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage strategic transformation initiatives related to ERP financial implementation
- Own project tracking across action items, risks, issues, decisions, and deliverables, ensuring accountability at every stage
- Develop and maintain project roadmaps, timelines, status updates, and change management plans
- Facilitate workshops and working sessions to define priorities, success metrics, business needs, and desired outcomes
- Create clear, executive-ready documentation and communications that support decision-making and drive alignment
- Partner closely with key stakeholders to ensure delivery stays on track and outcomes meet business expectations
- Promote continuous improvement, innovation, and strong collaboration across teams
Requirements:
- Background in Finance, a degree in Finance, experience in the banking/financial services industry, or strong finance project leadership experience
- Required experience with Oracle Financial implementations, preferably including: Management Reporting such as PACS, FDI, and Reporting Cube; Management Ledger such as PFTCS; Integrations such as FTP and Proforma
- Strong proficiency with MS Office, MS Project, SharePoint, and JIRA
- Familiarity with project delivery frameworks and methodologies such as PMBOK, Six Sigma, Lean Six Sigma, Waterfall, Agile/Scrum, Kanban, Iterative/RUP, and Organizational Change Management
- Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, navigate risk, and perform effectively in fast-paced environments
- Proven ability to influence, negotiate, and collaborate across cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience, or in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 7 years of higher education and/or work experience, including at least 3 years of relevant work experience
