Trava Health is focused on making high-quality care more affordable and accessible. They are seeking a Senior Designer who can translate strategy into high-performing, customer-facing experiences, owning design decisions that impact conversion, engagement, and overall business performance.
Responsibilities:
- Design for website optimization, including continuous A/B testing to improve performance and user experience
- Conceptualize and design high-performing creative for paid media (e.g., Meta ads), using testing and iteration to refine visual direction
- Partner with leadership to shape design strategy for the assets you own: Meta ads, Website, Emails
- Design new website pages based on strategic initiatives, user insights, and performance data
- Collaborate closely with copywriters to ensure cohesive, effective messaging and visual storytelling
- Work with developers to ensure designs are feasible, scalable, and implemented with high fidelity
- Apply brand guidelines across customer touchpoints, including marketing emails, ensuring design supports campaign goals and drives measurable outcomes
- Own design decisions with a clear understanding of how they influence business metrics
- Take on ad hoc projects such as dashboard design, presentation (deck) design, and other emerging needs
- Step in to support teammates across functions during high-demand periods
- Contribute to a collaborative, team-first environment where support is mutual and proactive
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree in a design-focused discipline (e.g., Graphic Design, Illustration, Industrial Design, or Architecture) with formal training in visual execution (drawing, composition, and design systems) or equivalent hands-on experience
