As a Strategic Sales Partner, you will manage the full sales lifecycle, acting as a consultant to help facilities optimize their space with data-driven training solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and manage a book of business across the commercial fitness and physical therapy markets
- Conduct high-level product presentations (virtual and in-person) for clinic directors, gym owners, and procurement teams
- Identify and penetrate niche markets, including corporate wellness, high-end hospitality, and sports medicine clinics
- Independently forecast and track the lifecycle of high-value accounts using CRM tools
Requirements:
- Proven track record selling commercial fitness hardware or medical/rehabilitation equipment
- Deep list of existing relationships with gym owners, physical therapy directors, or developers
- Ability to articulate the value of 'Connected Fitness' and biometric data to both trainers and clinical professionals
- Demonstrated ability to manage a multi-state or regional territory without daily oversight
- Willingness to represent Xo-Trainer at major trade shows, medical conferences, and on-site facility consultations
