Jurs Insurance and Financial Services, Inc. is seeking Licensed Insurance Sales and Customer Service professionals to provide exceptional service to their current customers. The role involves managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and collaborating with team members to enhance customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls to address customer inquiries and concerns
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services while maintaining high standards of phone etiquette
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer records and track interactions
- Analyze customer feedback and provide insights for service improvement
- Assist customers with troubleshooting issues and provide effective solutions
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall customer satisfaction
- Maintain a professional demeanor while handling challenging situations
Requirements:
- Must have an active insurance license or obtain licensing in Property and Casualty to be considered for the role
- Position open to U.S. Residents only
- Property & Casualty required
- Life and Health also preferred
- State Farm experience preferred, insurance experience is a bonus
- Must be able to solve problems quickly and be good with basic computer functions as this role has a lot of note taking!
- Must have access to fast and reliable internet service
- Must be comfortable working in the Eastern Time Zone
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening

- State Farm agency experience is preferred
