Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via multiple communication channels
- Resolve issues and provide product and service information with professionalism
- Assist in managing customer accounts
- Document interactions
- Collaborate with team members to improve overall satisfaction
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Support, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Ability to enhance Customer Experience through clear communication and personalized service
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and active listening skills
- Experience with CRM software and related customer tracking tools
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage time effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer relations are a plus
- Previous experience in healthcare or telehealth is preferred but not required
