Forward Deployed Engineer

Acceler8 Talent is a fast-scaling, well-funded AI company transforming a legacy trillion-dollar industry with intelligent workflows. They are seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to manage customer implementations and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end customer implementations, from coding (Python, JavaScript, SQL) to delivery and optimization
• Work closely with customers and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions and resolve issues
• Manage timelines, risks, and improvements while driving automation, documentation, and mentoring junior team members
• Collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to align on delivery

Requirements:

• 3+ years' experience in software engineering, systems engineering, or technical product/program roles
• Strong coding or configuration skills (e.g. JavaScript, SQL; Python a plus)
• Comfortable working in customer-facing environments and translating business needs into technical solutions
• Degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
