Crossing Hurdles is seeking an Electronic Engineer with expertise in Ngspice for a contract role. The main purpose of the role is to develop and optimize electronic circuit simulations for AI training workflows, collaborating closely with AI engineers and data scientists to ensure robust models and documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, analyze, and optimize electronic circuit simulations using Ngspice for AI training workflows
- Collaborate with AI engineers and data scientists to translate hardware requirements into robust simulation models
- Create comprehensive documentation to ensure knowledge transfer and reproducibility of simulation processes
- Contribute technical expertise throughout the project lifecycle, from initial design to validation and optimization
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in electronic circuits and simulation scripts efficiently
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of electronic simulation methodologies and recommend best practices for continuous improvement
Requirements:
- Have proven hands-on expertise in Ngspice and electronic circuit simulation
- Possess a Bachelor's or higher degree in Electronic Engineering or a related technical discipline
- Have a strong foundation in analog and digital circuit design principles
- Demonstrate experience in developing, testing, and optimizing simulation models for complex electronic systems
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to convey complex information clearly
