itD is a consulting and software development company seeking a Business Analyst III to support cross-functional initiatives by driving clear requirements definition and enabling technical troubleshooting. The role involves managing vendor access operations and improving workflow efficiency while providing data-driven insights and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Gather, document, and validate business requirements, user stories, and process flows in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders
- Support technical troubleshooting by triaging issues, documenting reproduction steps, and tracking resolution progress
- Manage access provisioning and role-based permissions aligned with security and operational requirements
- Maintain project plans, RAID logs, status reports, and execution documentation to ensure timely delivery
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, structured communication for diverse audiences
- Apply basic AI tools and techniques to enhance documentation, analysis, and workflow automation
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, capture key decisions, and ensure follow-through on action items
- Attend regular internal practice community meetings
- Collaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadership
- Complete client case studies and learning material (blogs, media material)
- Build out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practice
- Attend internal itD networking events (in person and virtual)
- Work with leadership on career fast-track opportunities
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis, project/program coordination, or related roles
- Strong project management experience including planning, prioritization, and dependency tracking
- Proven experience in technical troubleshooting and issue triage with engineering or technical teams
- Experience in access management, role-based provisioning, and security operations
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate ambiguous requirements into structured outputs
- Experience managing medium to large stakeholder groups
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience required
- Experience with AI tools for analysis, automation, or workflow optimization
- Background in stakeholder management across business operations and security teams
- Prior experience working with large-scale tech organizations
