Founder's Associate - Bangkok Relocation opportunity

Subscribed is a company focused on building the human visibility layer for software in the AI era, partnering with leading software companies to enhance their visibility and reputation. The Founder's Associate will take full ownership of day-to-day operations and client delivery while helping scale systems, people, and revenue in a high-accountability role.

Responsibilities:

• Lead operations: Hire, train, and manage the Philippines-based operations team, working closely with our local lead to ensure quality and scalability
• Own client delivery: Take over key client accounts such as Hostinger and Similarweb to master delivery and build long-term client trust
• Drive revenue growth: Support the scale to seven-figure ARR within twelve months through stronger delivery, upsells, and operational leverage
• Transition into equity: After a modest personal investment (token buy-in), move into a meaningful ownership position and participate in profit sharing with core partners once mutual fit is established
• Manage investor relations: Prepare quarterly board materials, maintain regular investor updates, and ensure alignment with current and future investors
• Shape the culture: Co-create a high-trust, high-performance environment across Bangkok and the Philippines
