Roles/Responsibilities:

- Coordinate testing efforts with system project leads and the Department's IT team.
- Create and document comprehensive test scenarios while understanding system impacts to all relational systems and programs.
- Conduct testing scenarios within various systems, review and track results, and assist in remediation.
- Maintain knowledge about various business areas supported including their processes, dynamics, and touch points with other business areas.
- Manage or participate in program research and analysis; planning and development, and implementation processes related to projects resulting from federal rule, state mandated changes, and policy updates.

- Experience with MMIS is required
