UI/UX Designer-Govt Exp Must

We are seeking a highly skilled UI/UX Designer to join a cross-functional team focused on designing and enhancing digital services. This role is responsible for delivering user-centered design solutions, improving digital experiences, and supporting the development of modern, accessible web platforms.

The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and technical expertise, along with experience working in Agile environments and delivering enterprise-scale digital products.

Key Responsibilities

User-Centered Design

• Conduct user research and analyze user behavior to inform design decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize user needs
• Design and improve digital services using user-centric methodologies
• Translate insights into intuitive and engaging user experiences

UI/UX & Visual Design

• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs
• Develop responsive designs for web and mobile platforms
• Apply design principles including typography, color theory, and layout
• Design and maintain websites and digital interfaces
• Work with component-based CMS platforms

User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

• Plan and execute usability testing and validation processes
• Identify usability issues and recommend improvements
• Facilitate user testing sessions and research activities
• Ensure compliance with accessibility standards (WCAG)

Digital Tools & Agile Delivery

• Work within Agile/Scrum teams and iterative development cycles
• Utilize tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Git, Google Analytics, and MS Teams
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and stakeholders

Collaboration & Communication

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members
• Translate complex concepts into clear, user-friendly solutions
• Support a collaborative, customer-focused work environment

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in UI/UX design and digital product development
• Strong portfolio demonstrating real-world projects
• Experience with:
  • Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap
  • CMS platforms (e.g., Sitecore, Adobe Experience Manager, Drupal, Joomla)
• Expertise in:
  • Wireframing, prototyping, and user flows
  • Responsive and accessible design
  • User research and usability testing
• Strong understanding of design systems and component-based development
• Experience working in Agile environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in UI/UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Graphic Design, or related field
• Experience with user research, analytics, and customer experience tools
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce)
• Exposure to enterprise-level digital platforms
