Seeking an experienced Senior Manager with 7 to 11 years of expertise in Snowflake and Matillion to lead and optimize data warehousing solutions
Job Description
- Lead the design development and optimization of Snowflake data solutions to meet enterprise data requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement scalable and efficient data architectures using Snowflake and Matillion.
- Drive innovation and adopt best practices in data warehousing and cloud data platforms.
- Ensure data security governance and compliance within Snowflake environments.
- Analyse complex business needs and translate them into Snowflake-based technical solutions.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies related to Snowflake and cloud data platforms
Roles and Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the implementation of Snowflake data warehouse solutions aligned with business goals
- Develop and enforce best practices for Snowflake and Matillion usage, including performance tuning and cost optimization
- Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality data products.
- Provide technical leadership and strategic direction on Snowflake and Matillion integration.
- Oversee data migration, integration, and transformation processes within Snowflake environments.
- Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues and optimize existing Snowflake implementations.
- Lead training sessions and workshops to enhance team expertise in Snowflake and Matillion technologies
- Engage with senior management to align Snowflake initiatives with organizational objectives
