Title: Product Manager

Location: Dallas, TX-Onsite

Overall 12+ yrs IT experience and 5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, Insurance)
Proven experience in 0→1 product development (building products from scratch)
Strong expertise in product strategy, discovery, and roadmap planning
Demonstrated ability in data-driven decision-making (metrics, dashboards, experimentation)
Experience with hypothesis-driven development and A/B testing
Strong understanding of customer-centric product design
Ability to clearly articulate business impact and product outcomes
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Experience working on digital banking, payments, lending, or fintech products
Familiarity with tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics, SQL
Experience in Agile/Scrum product environments
