TechniPros is seeking a talented ServiceNow Tester to join our team in Columbus, OH for an exciting W2 contract opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform regression and functional user acceptance testing for WFT applications
• Assist in parallel running of current and new scenarios to validate results
• Document UAT test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts
• Define and prepare necessary test data for various testing phases
• Identify and analyze defects, collaborating with Operations teams for quality assurance
• Deliver monthly and quarterly reports on testing results
• Automate regression and functional test cases to improve efficiency
• Collaborate with technology teams for BDD implementation
• Conduct automation feasibility studies and derive ROI
• Apply expertise in test automation with Java, Selenium, Cucumber, API testing, and SQL

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Formal training or certification in Software Engineering with 2+ years applied experience
• Expertise in Selenium, Cucumber, and Java
• Strong knowledge of BDD/TDD methodologies
• Experience with version control systems (Bitbucket, Git)
• Proficiency in developing automation frameworks using core Java
• Experience maintaining Keyword, Data, and Hybrid automation frameworks
• SQL skills for test data management
• ServiceNow experience with regression testing, functional testing, and UAT
• Knowledge of test automation tools and practices
