Note: Hand on - AI Engineer, Agentic AI solutions, Architect and implement AI agents, agent orch., leverage AWS bedrock , Apply classical ML alongside Gen AI to build solutions

(Contractor) to design| build| and operationalize agentic AI solutions that solve complex business problems in PC insurance especially where traceability| auditability| and fail-safe system design are mandatory. You will architect and implement AI agents| agent orchestration| and RAG-based intelligent workflows leveraging AWS Bedrock| modern open-source frameworks| and enterprise-grade observability and governance patterns.This role is hands-on and delivery-focused you will move from ambiguity to production-ready designs while ensuring solutions are secure| monitored| and resilient - with clear human-inon-the-loop checkpoints and strong controls against data leakage. Youll also apply classical ML (supervisedunsupervised learning| feature engineering| evaluation| deployment) alongside GenAI to build hybrid solutions that perform reliably in production.

Essential Skills: Agentic AI DeliveryArchitect and implement AI agents and agentic workflows for insurance use cases (e.g.| claim triage| fraud detection signals| document understanding| decision support).Design multi-agent orchestration patterns (tool routing| planning| reflectionverification| delegation| prioritization| and fallback strategies).Build and maintain MCP-based integrations (Model Context Protocol) to connect agents with enterprise toolsservices in a governed| repeatable way.Create reusable agent frameworks| templates| and accelerators for consistent delivery across multiple problem domains.
