Position Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Event Staff to join our dynamic team and contribute to the successful execution of a wide range of events. As an Event Staff member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that guests have a positive and memorable experience at various functions including concerts, conferences, festivals, corporate gatherings, and private parties. 

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the setup and breakdown of event venues and equipment
• Welcome and register guests in a professional and friendly manner
• Provide information and guidance to attendees throughout the event
• Monitor crowd flow to ensure safety and compliance with event policies
• Support event coordinators with logistical tasks as needed
• Manage seating arrangements and assist with crowd control during events

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods during events
• Strong customer service orientation with a friendly attitude
• Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
