Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Junior Account Representative to join our dynamic sales team. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with some sales experience to develop their career in account management and client relations. 

Responsibilities:

• Assist senior account representatives in managing client accounts and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Communicate regularly with clients to understand their needs and provide timely solutions or escalate issues appropriately.
• Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and reports.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions within the customer relationship management system.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing and customer service to optimize client experience and service delivery.

Qualifications

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with CRM software.
