Reporting to the FP&A director, the Finance Business Partner, you must be able to
• Act as the link between Eddyfi Technologies FP&A team and ET&UT management
• Coordinate and participate in the forecasting and budgeting processes (with Sales, Innovation and Operations Leaders)
• Review monthly results and provide commentary on the ET&UT financial performance
• Use systems and data to produce analytics and KPIs
• Translate financial results from analytics and KPIs into business insights
• Improve understanding of costing and margin performance as well as pricing
• Prepare and present results to ET&UT management

What makes you an asset to our team
• A bachelor's degree in finance/accounting or related education is required
• Minimum of 8 years of experience including 3 years of relevant financial, planning and analysis role is required
• Experience with manufacturing and product costing/pricing is preferred
• Experience in an international environment and multi entity’s structure is preferred
• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP experience advantageous)
• Knowledge of Reporting Tools (Power BI is a plus)
• Must be proficient in spoken and written English and French
• Ability to conduct detailed financial analysis and present performance insight
• Strong financial leadership capabilities
• Flexibility to participate in various projects as required
• Ability to provide recommendations to improve operational and financial performance
