Provide support and administration for Card Management Systems (CMS).
Manage and monitor the full card lifecycle, including issuance, activation, PIN management, limits setup, blocking/unblocking, and card reissuance.
Analyze and troubleshoot transaction issues related to authorization, clearing, and reversals using ISO8583 messages.
Support daily payment operations across ATM, POS, e-commerce, contactless, tokenization, and 3D Secure (3DS) transactions.
Ensure smooth integration between CMS and core banking systems.
Perform reconciliation and support settlement processes. Investigate and resolve production incidents, ensuring minimal service disruption. Work closely with internal teams, payment schemes, and vendors to resolve issues and implement enhancements.
Maintain system documentation, operational procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
