Job Title: Receptionist – Real Estate - FEMALE
Experience: 2–3 years (Oman real estate experience mandatory)
Job location: Muscat, Oman
Job Responsibilities:

Greet
clients and visitors professionally at the reception

Handle
incoming calls, emails, and inquiries related to sales and leasing

Coordinate
property viewing schedules and appointments

Maintain
client records and update CRM systems

Assist sales
and leasing teams with administrative support

Manage
incoming/outgoing correspondence and courier services

Ensure the
reception area is clean, organized, and presentable
Requirements
Requirements & Skills:

2–3 years
experience as a receptionist in a real estate company in Qatar

Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills

Professional
appearance and customer-focused attitude
-
Proficiency
in MS Office and basic CRM systems
-
Ability to
multitask and handle high call volumes
-
Fluency in
English and Arabic - preferred
