The Project Engineer is responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of the project, ensuring that all engineering functions are properly executed and aligned with project objectives. This role involves coordinating project tasks, managing technical teams, overseeing the quality and safety of work, and ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required technical standards.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (e.g., Electrical, Instrumentation or E & I) or a related discipline.

Professional certifications or membership with recognized engineering bodies (e.g., APEGA, PE, etc.) are preferred.10-15 years of experience in project engineering or a related field within the oil and gas industry.

Proven experience in managing complex projects, including scope, schedule, cost, and resources.

Experience working with multidisciplinary teams in a project environment, managing/ executing offshore projects.

Familiarity with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and engineering tools.

Strong knowledge of oil and gas industry regulations, standards, and best practices.
