Territory Sales Engineer Pacific NW (Remote)

System One is partnering with a client to find a Territory Sales Manager / Sales Engineer in the Pacific NW Region. The role involves developing strategic sales plans, building customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed company revenue and growth objectives
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, influencers, and decision-makers to expand market presence
• Identify new business opportunities by monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and evolving customer needs
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to support business planning
• Collaborate closely with marketing teams on campaigns, promotions, and initiatives to maximize visibility and demand
• Serve as a technical resource for customers and internal teams regarding product specifications, applications, and troubleshooting
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership on sales activities, pipeline status, and competitive insights
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of proven sales management experience in the fluid control industry, with a focus on hydraulic control valves and air release/control valves
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and leading high-performing sales teams
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Willingness and ability to travel 50–75% within the assigned region, with occasional national or international travel
• Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Valid driver's license with the ability to travel independently to customer sites
• Applicant must reside within the assigned territory
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
• Willingness to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when working on the manufacturing floor, including eye, ear, and foot protection
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move items weighing between 10 and 50 pounds
