AI/ML Engineer

Data Capital Incorporation is seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning and Generative AI solutions. This role involves working on mission-critical systems, leveraging cutting-edge technologies to drive business innovation and data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning and Generative AI solutions
• Work on mission-critical systems, leveraging cutting-edge technologies such as LLMs, deep learning, and cloud platforms

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in AI/ML, Data Science, or ML Engineering
• Strong programming experience in Python (6+ years preferred) and Jupyter Notebooks
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, or Databricks)
• Experience with LLMs, Generative AI, and RAG frameworks
• Strong SQL skills with advanced querying techniques
• Experience with version control and CI/CD tools (Git, GitHub, Jenkins)
• Experience in developing, evaluating, and optimizing ML models
• Familiarity with MLOps tools and experiment tracking
• Knowledge of deep learning, NLP, computer vision, or chatbot development
• Experience with Hugging Face, LLaMA models, or similar frameworks
• Experience with Agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI)
• Knowledge of Knowledge Graphs and advanced data modeling
• Experience in federated learning or privacy-preserving ML
• Understanding of UX and Human-AI interaction
• GPU programming experience
• Research publications or patents in AI/ML
• Experience with data visualization tools
