Rencata is seeking an experienced Product Manager with strong Blue Yonder WMS expertise to lead WMS strategy, implementations, enhancements, and integrations in a fast-paced 3PL environment. The role involves owning the WMS product roadmap, managing integrations, and overseeing project delivery and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

Own the WMS product roadmap and drive system enhancements
Lead implementations, customer onboarding, and solution design
Manage integrations across EDI, ERP, TMS, and related platforms
Partner cross-functionally with Operations, IT, Finance, and customers
Oversee project delivery, UAT, go-live support, and continuous improvement

Requirements:

5+ years in supply chain technology, logistics systems, or product management
Hands-on experience with Blue Yonder WMS (or similar WMS platform)
Experience leading WMS implementations in a warehouse or 3PL environment
Strong project management and customer-facing experience
Bachelor's degree required
