ComPsych is the worldwide leader in organizational mental health and well-being. The Senior Product Manager for Mobile Applications will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of mobile apps, including strategy, roadmap, feature definition, and execution, while collaborating with various teams to deliver effective solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Be a product thought leader for our mobile app including strategy, requirements, prioritization, and the roadmap
- Own and manage the product backlog including writing stories, mitigating risk, prioritizing effectively, and unblocking the team
- Synthesize market needs into product requirements and drive alignment with leadership on prioritization for the roadmap
- Adopt AI for research, requirements, and prototyping
- Lead workshops and other cross functional exercises to explore product opportunities
- Own the product roadmap for your business unit and execute with cross functional teams to deliver on it
- Articulate a compelling product vision and inspire cross-functional teams to rally around it
- Enable customer-facing teams with product knowledge and direction
- Engage with customers and lending product thought leadership in support of further product development, customer success, and business development activities
- Enable highest leverage work for yourself and others
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in product management, mobile app experience required
- Deep technical acumen and demonstrated ability partnering with Engineering
- Experience writing detailed stories, managing and prioritizing backlog health, and delivering with cross functional teams
- Analytical and data driven approach to problem solving
- Experience working in an Agile development environment
- Ability to drive initiatives forward with influence and a collaborative working style
- Consistent and reliable high-speed internet and workspace free from distraction, disruption, or noise is required
- Ability to be present on camera during work-related trainings, meetings, and/or events
- Must be able to sit or stand at a desk for prolonged periods while working on a computer
