Network Provider Data Analyst (Healthcare)

Insight Global is hiring analysts to support hands-on provider network design and optimization. This role focuses on evaluating primary and specialty care providers, assessing network performance and competitiveness, and translating data into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities:

• Support hands‑on provider network design and optimization
• Evaluate primary and specialty care providers in specific markets
• Assess network performance and competitiveness
• Translate data into actionable recommendations

Requirements:

• 3–6+ years of experience in business analysis, analytics, strategy, consulting, or network‑focused roles
• Hands‑on experience with provider networks in a health insurance or payer environment
• Demonstrated ability to assess providers and markets independently (not just pull reports)
• Strong understanding of what it means to build and evaluate a provider network from the ground up
• Comfort working directly with claims, provider, and network data
• Advanced Excel skills (intermediate to advanced modeling, analysis, and data manipulation)
