Responsibilities:
- Build and execute a territory sales plan to grow profitable small-group business
- Develop and deepen consultative relationships with independent brokers and agencies
- Create demand for group life, disability, and supplemental health solutions
- Educate producers on products, tools, and The Hartford’s value proposition
- Maintain a strong pipeline that supports consistent, sustainable results
- Position The Hartford as a long-term partner—not just a carrier
