Pluralsight is a company dedicated to accelerating technology skills and capabilities. They are seeking a Product Manager to roadmap and deliver functionality that enhances customer learning and business outcomes, focusing on user engagement and access experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end experience of how users get access to Pluralsight — login, signup, SSO, and automated provisioning across authentication methods and enterprise identity systems, including emerging methods like AI agent-based access
- Identify and eliminate friction in the login and access experience for both individual learners and enterprise admins, with a focus on activation and retention impact
- Partner with engineering on provisioning and deprovisioning workflows, and with Sales and Customer Success on how identity requirements factor into enterprise deals and renewals
- Identify and prioritize net-new solution package opportunities based on market demand, competitive landscape, and Pluralsight's content strengths
- Partner with GTM, Customer Success, and Analytics to track and lead the business outcomes tied to your product line — including ARR contribution, churn drivers within your product area, and the pipeline of initiatives to improve it
Requirements:
- Requires a minimum of 4 years of related or equivalent experience; or 3+ years with an advanced degree
- Experience as a Product Manager for SaaS or software products
- Experience working with cross-functional Agile teams comprised of Engineers and Product Designers
- Proven experience working with ambiguity and being able to build strategic direction and roadmap
- Experience owning authentication and authorization workflows at a SaaS company, with demonstrable impact on activation, retention, or re-engagement metrics
- Familiarity with enterprise identity concepts and protocols — including SAML, OIDC, SCIM, OAuth 2.0, and RBAC — and comfort discussing them with engineering teams and enterprise customers
- Ability to partner with analytics and data teams to define instrumentation requirements, interpret behavioral data, and translate findings into roadmap decisions
- Comfort operating across both end-user (learner) and admin/B2B buyer personas within the same product surface
- Experience collaborating with GTM, customer success, and marketing stakeholders on lifecycle campaigns and in-product communications strategy
