Vizcom is building AI-powered tools that help industrial designers move from sketch to production faster and with greater confidence. They are seeking a Product Designer, Enterprise/Platform to help shape core product experiences and collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to create intuitive user experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Design end-to-end product experiences across onboarding, core workflows, and advanced use cases
- Simplify complex systems into intuitive interfaces that support both new and experienced users. You will design for the various needs of enterprise teams and individuals
- Partner closely with Product and Engineering to define problems, explore solutions, and ship high-quality features
- Use user research and product insights to inform design decisions that improve usability, retention, and engagement. You’ll focus on first touch experiences and what drives adoption
- Help grow our user research practice by participating in interviews, usability testing, and by contributing to expanding our shared research methods
- Contribute to and evolve our design system, helping scale components, patterns, and guidelines as the product and team grow
- Support design team effectiveness by exploring and adopting emerging tools and workflows that improve how we prototype, test, and ship work
- Prototype and iterate quickly in ambiguous problem spaces, using prototypes to explore and validate ideas
- Advocate for thoughtful UX decisions that balance speed, quality, and long-term usability, while navigating an evolving product development process
Requirements:
- A portfolio demonstrating strong product thinking and ownership of features from concept through launch
- Comfort designing multi-step workflows and systems that scale over time
- Experience designing user flows that improve clarity, usability, and adoption
- A strong visual and interaction design foundation with attention to detail and polish
- Experience contributing to or helping scale a design system in a growing organization
- Familiarity with user research methods such as interviews, usability testing, and synthesis
- Clear communication skills and comfort collaborating cross-functionally
- Curiosity and interest in improving design processes, tools, and team workflows
