Business Analyst II (Commercial & Consumer Lending – Revenue Operations)

The Business Analyst II role focuses on aligning data, reporting, and technology solutions with Commercial & Consumer Lending business strategies to enhance forecasting accuracy and support revenue performance management.

Responsibilities:

• Uses knowledge of business processes, data structure, and reporting systems to identify and solve data-driven problems across Commercial & Consumer Lending
• Actively participates in the development, enhancement, and maintenance of dashboards, models, and reporting solutions supporting revenue, pipeline, funding, and performance management
• Develops and maintains Power BI dashboards, including data modeling, DAX calculations, and visualization design to support forecasting, funding calendars, conversion ratios, and KPI tracking
• Designs and enhances Power Apps solutions to support business workflows, tracking tools, and data collection initiatives
• Develops Salesforce reports and dashboards, supports stage logic analysis, and partners with stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and usability
• Assists in daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting packages, highlighting results, trends, and variance analysis for senior leadership
• Supports data governance efforts by reinforcing standard definitions, improving data quality, and identifying gaps across systems
• Generates ad hoc reports and performs advanced data analysis to support executive requests, GTM business cases, and strategic initiatives
• Identifies opportunities to automate manual reporting processes and improve operational efficiency using technology solutions
• Works closely with internal stakeholders including Sales, Product, FP&A, Credit, and Operations to gather requirements and deliver scalable reporting solutions
• Manages multiple reporting and analytics workstreams simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and timeliness
• Develops a consistent view of product performance and operational support metrics
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• Typically 3+ years of experience in business analytics, revenue operations, financial reporting, or related analytical role
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into business insight
