SAP Integration Troubleshooting Expert

We are seeking an experienced SAP Integration Troubleshooting Expert to support a critical SAP landscape facing integration and operational challenges within a manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP integrations, issue diagnosis, and resolution, along with the ability to collaborate with business and functional teams to stabilize system usage and improve overall performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve SAP integration issues across systems (SAP and non-SAP)
• Analyze and troubleshoot data flow issues, interface failures, and middleware errors
• Support integrations involving SAP ATTP (serialization), manufacturing, and supply chain systems
• Work with tools like SAP PI/PO or SAP BTP Integration Suite to monitor and fix interfaces
• Collaborate with functional teams to identify root causes impacting business processes
• Ensure smooth integration with external systems (e.g., 3PL, vendor platforms, web services)
• Support post go-live stabilization (hypercare) and ongoing production issues
• Document issues, solutions, and best practices for long-term stability

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP Integration (PI/PO, CPI/BTP Integration Suite)
• Proven experience in integration troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue resolution
• Experience working with interfaces, IDocs, APIs, web services, and middleware
• Exposure to SAP ATTP / Serialization is highly preferred
• Good understanding of SAP Manufacturing / Supply Chain processes
• Experience supporting production environments and post go-live issues
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in pharmaceutical or regulated environments
• Familiarity with 3PL integrations and external logistics systems
• Prior experience in high-pressure support or stabilization projects
