About this roleJob Summary We are seeking a Salesforce Administrator Data Analyst with strong experience in Salesforce administration and data analytics. This role involves partnering with business stakeholders to translate strategic and operational needs into scalable CRM and data solutions, while ensuring high standards of data quality, governance, and usability. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Salesforce, strong analytical capabilities, and a passion for leveraging data to drive business outcomes in a fast-paced, agile environment. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable CRM solutions Administer Salesforce using declarative tools and manage system configurations Ensure Salesforce data quality, governance, and hygiene through best practices and standards Analyze large datasets to generate actionable insights and recommendations Design and implement data quality rules, including duplicate rules, validation rules, and automation Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading using tools such as SOQL and Data Loader Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve data quality issues Develop and maintain data governance models, including data ownership and stewardship Support Salesforce data hygiene initiatives and establish metrics and standards Assess system integrations and evaluate upstream/downstream data impacts Create dashboards, reports, and documentation to support business needs Collaborate across teams to support continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making Required Qualifications Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience 2+ years of experience in application or production support 3+ years of experience in systems analysis, including requirements gathering, data analysis, and data mapping Hands-on experience administering Salesforce using declarative tools Strong understanding of data analytics and experience working with large datasets Experience with data quality management and governance practices Proficiency in Salesforce tools such as SOQL and Data Loader Strong knowledge of relational database concepts and data modeling Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Conditional Formatting) Excellent communication and documentation skills Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications Salesforce Administrator certification Experience with enterprise data ecosystems, including ETL processes, data lakes, or data warehouses Familiarity with analytics tools such as Power BI Experience with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake Experience working with structured and semi-structured data (e.g., JSON) Strong problem-solving skills and a systems-thinking approach Experience working in Agile environments Certifications (If Any) Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred Education: Bachelors Degree Certification: Salesforce Administrator
