
Workday Expertise: Minimum of 10+ years of hands-on experience with Workday Recruiting and HCM.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of Workday Business Processes, Security Groups, and Condition Rules.
Reporting: Proficiency in Workday Report Writer and Calculated Fields.
Communication: Ability to translate complex technical requirements into easy-to-understand functional solutions for non-technical stakeholders.
Experience: Previous experience in a high-volume recruiting environment or a professional services/consulting firm is preferred.
