What You’ll Do:
As a Laser Marker 2, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring precision, quality, and compliance across our manufacturing operations. Your responsibilities will include:
Reading and interpreting internal drawings, SMPs, work instructions, procedures, specifications, and purchase orders
Setting up and learning a wide range of marking operations, including etching, stenciling, and other laser marking processes
Operating and learning tooling for a variety of laser and marking equipment
Maintaining exceptional attention to detail to ensure accurate, high‑quality product marking
Working in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment with shifting priorities
Collaborating with cross‑functional technical teams including Equipment Services, Manufacturing Engineering, NPD, and Quality to support customer requirements
Supporting internal and external audits and maintaining compliance standards
Cross‑training within the department and supporting manufacturing operations across multiple departments and product lines
Training and mentoring less experienced team members
Completing required annual laser safety training and eye exams
Performing other duties as assigned to support the team and business needs
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Willingness to actively participate in a team-oriented environment that embraces Lean manufacturing and 5S practices
This role may encounter high risk or hazardous operations and/or include working shifts beyond a standard workweek. As such, a requirement of the role is to be at least 18 years of age by the time of joining.

Basic ERP system knowledge
Foundational understanding of tooling and equipment used to set up jobs on various marking systems
