With continued growth comes opportunity, and we are currently searching for a Top-Secret SCI with polygraph-cleared Mid-Level Systems Engineer.
Responsibilities:
Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) Administrator serves as the SME for on-premises identity and Access Management (IAM) platform which in this case is MIM (Microsoft Identity Manager).
This role focuses on ensuring data integrity across disparate internal systems, maintaining the health of the MIM sync engine, and managing the full lifecycle of internal identities without external cloud dependencies. MIM Engine Management - Direct oversight of the MIM Synchronization Service, including configuration of Management Agents (MAs) like AD, SQL, file-based extensions, and LDAP sources.
Identify Lifecycle Automation - Understanding the "Joiner-Mover-Leaver" process to ensure automated provisioning and de-provisioning across the internal network.
Declarative Provisioning - Maintaining Synchronization rules and attribute flow within the MIM Portal and Sync Engine.
Custom Extension Development - Debugging custom DLLS using C#/.NET for complex logic that cant' be handled by standard rules.
Data Reconciliation - Conducting regular audits to ensure identity data in the Metaverse matches authoritative sources and downstream sources.

Final salary can also be influenced by a position’s geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories, and contract wage rates.
The salary Range for this position is: $125k - $165k
