About this role
Accion Labs is seeking a hands-on Full Stack Tech Lead to lead development while actively contributing to coding and design. The role involves driving architecture, building scalable applications, and managing a team of developers in an agile environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead development while actively contributing to coding and design
- Drive architecture and build scalable applications
- Manage a team of developers in an agile environment
- Own key technical decisions and mentor the team
- Ensure high-quality, performant solutions
Requirements:
- 12+ years of professional experience in full stack development
- Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot framework
- Hands-on experience with Angular (v16 or higher preferred)
- Understanding and experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, CloudFormation, etc.)
- Proficient in writing and optimizing SQL queries and stored procedures in Oracle
- Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git, Maven, Docker, Kubernetes, GitLab CI/CD, or AWS DevOps tools
- Familiarity with application monitoring tools (e.g., CloudWatch, ELK Stack, New Relic)
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), agile methodologies, and DevOps principles
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
