Higharc is a VC-backed startup that is changing how new homes are designed and built. They are seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the product roadmap for materials data and procurement workflows, driving product discovery and collaboration across various teams to enhance product adoption and customer value.
Responsibilities:
- Own and drive the product roadmap for materials data and procurement-related workflows, from vision through execution
- Lead product discovery through continuous research with builders, purchasing teams, estimators, manufacturers, distributors, and other ecosystem partners
- Translate business goals and user needs into product strategy, requirements, and high-fidelity prototypes using AI tools like Cursor
- Define how product, option, and materials data should be structured, maintained, and exchanged across systems and stakeholders
- Partner with Engineering and Design to deliver performant, scalable solutions with real operational impact
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Implementation, Sales, and Operations to drive product adoption and measurable customer value
- Define and track success metrics tied to workflow adoption, data accuracy, operational efficiency, and customer ROI
Requirements:
- 5+ years of product management experience on modern software products
- A track record of shipping workflow-heavy products with measurable business impact
- Experience with B2B SaaS, supply chain, procurement, ERP, commerce infrastructure, data platforms, or other operational software
- The ability to translate complex business processes into intuitive product experiences and scalable systems
- Comfort working with structured data models, systems integrations, and multi-party workflows
- Strong communication skills across engineering, design, operations, and business audiences
- Professional experience in residential construction, building products, manufacturing, distribution, estimating, or purchasing
- Experience with product catalogs, pricing data, order workflows, or partner integrations
- Exposure to APIs, systems integrations, or enterprise data exchange patterns
- A background or personal interest in architecture, residential construction, or home design
